Criminal Record Check
Pursuant to KRS 160.380, every new hire must be fingerprinted and a State and/or Federal background check completed on the individual. Your employment will be contingent upon a background record free of any information which, in the opinion of the school district, would have an adverse effect upon your ability to perform your assigned duties. Additionally, employment shall also be contingent on receipt of a letter from The Cabinet for Health and Family Services provided by the individual documenting that the individual does not have a substantiated finding of child abuse or neglect in records maintained by the Cabinet.
