The next North Eastern FRC Advisory Council Meeting will be held at Eastern Elementary School on January 14th, 2013 at 3:30 p.m.

The Family Resource Center was created to reduce barriers to education.  Our goal is to ensure that all students reach their full potential by providing educational support.  We act as a liaison between school, home and community resources.  Ways that the Family Resource Center may help your family are:

• Assistance with families that desire full-time preschool child care
• Assistance with families in training (new & expectant parents)
• Assistance with after school child care
• Educational support
• Family literacy and education
• Health services and referrals
• Promoting a safe and drug free lifestyle
• Basic needs
• Holiday enrichment
• Family crisis
• Emergency assistance
• Limited food pantry
• Limited clothes closet
• Provide support in the following school activities:  Honor Roll, Attendance, Student of the Month, testing rewards, and others
