Hello, and welcome to the Speech/Language Pathology webpage for North Jackson Elementary.  I would like to give you a bit of background information about myself.  I graduated with a Master of Science in Speech and Communication Disorders from Western Kentucky University in December 2001.  I worked as an SLP at T.J. Samson Community Hospital for two years.  There, I was able to work with all age ranges, and obtained valuable experience in all areas of speech.  I have been an SLP for the Barren Co. School district since August 2004.  As an SLP for the district, I have had the privilege of working in most Barren County Schools, and have enjoyed meeting new faces throughout the years.  I am married to Bence Roemer, and we have two small children; Addison and Samantha.  I thoroughly enjoy working at North Jackson Elementary, and I'm excited to begin my fourth school year here at NJE!  I hope you find this website to be helpful for homework activities, and various other speech/language related information.  Please feel free to contact me at any time with questions or concerns you may have throughout the year.
