Community Education Refund Policy:

A total refund will be issued if the class is cancelled by Community Education. 

Community Education Cancellations Policy:

In the event of inclement weather, please follow local news cancellation posting, or refer to Facebook page for notification.  Classes held in school facilities are postponed when schools in that district are closed.  Participants will be contacted with as much advance notice as possible of changes in class locations, times, or class cancellation.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT for Community Education classes:

Once we receive your completed registration form and payment, you are officially enrolled and placed on the class roster.  All information collected on the registration form is used for communication between participants, instructors, and the Community Education of Barren County Schools office.   Please remember to register early.  If a class does not meet minimum enrollment requirements three days prior to the class, it will be cancelled.

Community Education of Barren County offers three session of classes throughout the year.

Session One:  February – April

Session Two:  June – July

Session Three:   September – November

If you have a class idea, please contact us.  We are always looking for new classes and qualified instructors to teach them.
